Digital Guest Satisfaction System. Our state-of-the art online feedback system provides insights into Guest satisfaction and store performance on key attributes.
Digital Operations Evaluation System. This digital evaluation system assesses operational processes, service standards, quality control and hygiene and food safety on a store-by-store basis.
Point-of-Sale Systems. This comprehensive system integrates inventory and labour scheduling, generating instant profit and loss reports as well as enabling digital mobile and loyalty programs currently in development.
Training & Support:

In addition to in-store training, partners and their teams complete a comprehensive online multi-media training program through our best-in-class training portal, LearnMB. Through this platform, partners can monitor their team’s progress and performance on
each section of the digital training.
Training specifics include:
- Learn MB: a 24/7 online training portal for Franchisees and staff
- Minimum 3 weeks practical training in Canada (or existing MB market)
