Training & Support
Zippy will provide with a team assigned to manage the business together with the franchisee, which shall include a Market Manager, Downstream manager and Marketing Manager.
Training is mandatory for all employees from the Franchisee involved with Zippy Kidstore operation in Territory, both at the stores and central structure. The Franchisor provides the Franchisee with support in training their personnel (both at the stores and central structure).
