FUNK is a cafe concept that is known, as the name suggests, for quality food and coffee served in a funky environment. It is the FUNK feeling in store and the high standard of products and customer service that set FUNK apart from the competition.
FUNK has always been synonymised with fresh quality products. We regard our food as innovative, simple and affordable and it is targeted at consumers that are looking for a café break or light meal.
Our seasonal food menus will be made up of western style combinations that are popular worldwide however made to suit the palate and taste of the local consumer. Menus will vary depending on the country and region where FUNK is being developed. Our food development department will work with local chefs and food stylists to create an innovative and delicious menu to suit local preferences and tastes.
Our coffee is produced from premium quality Arabica beans which are blended and roasted exclusively for FUNK to create our customised signature blend.
Our cafe designs consist of customised designs to suit each location and careful consideration is always taken to ensure functionality is combined together with modern and inviting decor. Our intention is to always create a space which is streamlined for efficient operations and has great aesthetics for the customer.
FUNK is excited to expand internationally and keen to find enthusiastic, dynamic and professional people to represent FUNK as our master franchisees.
Whilst historically we have targeted business locations and adopted a proven 5 day model in Australia, we see the brand evolving both locally and internationally through growth from all types of commercial locations including high streets, shopping malls, offices, educational institutions, airports, hospitals etc.
Our aim is to grow FUNK worldwide with likeminded partners and make it successful wherever FUNK is opened. To do this we will work closely and support the master franchisees/investors every step of the way.

All FUNK Coffee + Food franchisees attend a comprehensive training program. Conducted in a positive environment from specialist training staff with extensive FUNK experience.
The training covers every facet of your business from the obvious operational and technical skills to conceptual planning of your business, customer service and marketing. Thereafter support continues with training as necessary from the FUNK training team.
