About The Great Harvest Bakery Cafe

Great Harvest started as a bread bakery in Montana, sourcing the healthiest, best tasting wheat in the world from local Montana farms. Today Great Harvest Bakery Cafes still bake all their breads from scratch, with fresh milled Montana wheat, but now are a place where you can sit down and enjoy a fresh made sandwich. Customers can try any bread baked that day, and order their sandwiches with the bread of their choice, which makes their sandwiches fresh and unlike anything they have ever had.

Training & Support:

  • Initial training will be done in our corporate training facility in Montana.
  • We will provide space for as many operators as necessary within reason. The primary supervisor and baker must attend.
  • For the first 4 store openings we will staff a full training team on the ground on location. We will have 1 person prior to opening to ensure proper set up. We will have 3 people there for opening week and the week after. We will have 1 person for the following 2 weeks.
  • Ongoing, we will have one person dedicated to supporting this venture.

Investor Profile

An experienced operator with a track record of success in the market. Specifically, we are seeking a partner with operational and supply chain expertise. An experienced baker on staff is essential to maintain product integrity and quality control.
