Training & Support
Our lead development asset has worked in stores – We get what it takes from the beginning.
Training and support starts with development and the collaboration to bring together the relationship Every departmental resource is available to you from MAM Food Co as well as Papa Murphy’s USA.
In-store training is part of the Franchise Fee, Travel & Lodging is not. Held in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Skill’s based and is about 3 weeks, Week 1 – Store Level, Week II – At Store Management, Week III – Financial.
Training is based on “One bite at a Time”
In store training is required. It is suggested that the Project Manager and General Manger of the Concept attend.
Above store training is 3 days and is in Dubai at Corporate Office.
Owner and Operators, not brand collectors.
Five to ten years of existing Food & Beverage partners or Retailers with similar experience.
Preferred experience with other Western Brands or Companies
English is required
In-country representation, no remote owners
No competitive pizza brands
A proven history of working with a Franchisor, successful brand management, guest relationship, store design, site selection, Menu Management and Product Development & Extension.
While self-funding is a preference, a minimum of US$5.0 Million of working capital is required.
The ability to sustain a build-out schedule through a growth curve that has not yet reached store level profitability.
