ActionCOACH Training & Support:

9 weeks onboarding Training including 10 days of inhouse intensive (can be done virtually). Once training is completed there is daily support for the first 4 weeks of operations and then weekly. Ongoing training and skills workshops to continue to develop the skills of our Franchisees and their team

ActionCOACH International Franchisee Profile:

• Must have successful built their own organisation or worked at a high Corporate level for at least 10 years.
• Must be well networked in the local Business Community Previous Sales experience would be an advantage.
• Must have at least USD$100,000 – $350,000 to invest (this includes working capital).
• Wants to have a positive impact in the local community and a desire to help others.
