About ActionCOACH:
ActionCOACH was founded by Brad Sugars to meet the demand of Business Owners who were looking for a better way to grow their Businesses. Our definition of a Business is a’ Profitable Commercial Enterprise that works without the Business Owner’, something rare in the Business Community. Traditionally Business Owners learn their Business Owners skills through trial and error, which is a slow, expensive way to learn. And the reality is that 86% fail. ActionCOACH Training & Support:
9 weeks onboarding Training including 10 days of inhouse intensive (can be done virtually). Once training is completed there is daily support for the first 4 weeks of operations and then weekly. Ongoing training and skills workshops to continue to develop the skills of our Franchisees and their team

ActionCOACH International Franchisee Profile:
- Must have successful built their own organisation or worked at a high Corporate level for at least 10 years.
- Must be well networked in the local Business Community Previous Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Must have at least USD$100,000 – $350,000 to invest (this includes working capital).
- Wants to have a positive impact in the local community and a desire to help others.
