The sandwich chain has plans to open 400 restaurants in Europe.
Jersey Mike’s will open its first restaurant on Argyll Street in the West End around late autumn this year.
This marks the UK debut of the sandwich chain, with a further three restaurants planned in central London. The opening is part of Jersey Mike’s plans to open 400 restaurants across the UK and Ireland.
The news comes after Jersey Mike’s raised approximately $1b at its New York Stock Exchange debut in July.
