Paris Baguette, which has over 200 U.S. and Canadian locations and 4,000 globally, hopes to add 100 locations in North America by year’s end, said CEO Darren Tipton.
“The growth we saw last year was truly remarkable, and I firmly believe that our success is driven by our people-first approach,” he said in company press release. “By strengthening our C-level leadership team and focusing on comprehensive support systems, we’ve created a solid foundation for sustainable growth while maintaining the high-quality guest experience that defines Paris Baguette.”
The company awarded 163 franchises and opened 51 cafes last year, entering five states, including Hawaii.
Paris Baguette nearly reached half a billion dollars in sales in 2024 and has seen 16 consecutive quarters of positive comparable sales growth. It also doubled its loyalty member base year over year.
The franchise plans to award 200 more franchises and open over 100 cafes in 2025, targeting new markets including Connecticut, Missouri, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Indiana, Idaho, Delaware, Guam and Puerto Rico.
