Pepper Lunch, a Japanese-born fast casual concept with over 500 locations in 17 countries, has signed a development agreement to open five locations in Oregon.
“Oregon is a state that values individuality and quality, and Pepper Lunch offers a dining experience that reflects those priorities,” said franchisee Peter T. Ng, owner of Seventh and Monroe.
Pepper Lunch CEO Troy Hooper said the expansion into Oregon is a testament to the power of the concept and the incredible potential of their partners.
“Peter’s vision and commitment align seamlessly with our mission to bring joy and connection through our sizzling dining experience,” he said in a company press release.
