We provide initial support including outlet design and layout, staff training (soft and hard skills), equipment and supplies sourcing, operational setup, and financial planning. Ongoing support covers continuous staff development, new menu creation, technology and system upgrades, operational audits, and marketing assistance to ensure consistent growth and brand excellence.
Our ideal international franchisee or JV partner would be an established entrepreneur with strong financial resources and sound business acumen. Experience in F&B or retail operations is preferred, along with demonstrated capabilities in management, sales, and marketing.
