How long have you been in your current position and what are your key responsibilities?

As the CEO and founder of Tealive, I have been in my current position since the inception of the company. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of single-handedly founding and growing Tealive into a global brand with over 1,000 stores worldwide. My key responsibilities include setting the overall vision and strategy for the company, overseeing operations, and driving innovation to enhance our product offerings. I also focus on expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that we maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Leading a talented team and fostering a strong company culture are also central to my role as we continue to evolve and adapt in a competitive landscape.

Overall, how long have you been involved in franchising?

Since 2017, we have introduced Tealive through franchise partnerships in our bid for speeding up brand growth & expansion internationally.

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is the opportunity to turn unorganized culture into reality and see the tangible impact of our work on people’s lives. Building Tealive from the ground up has been an incredible journey, and I take great pride in the community we’ve created around our brand.

I also love the dynamic nature of the beverage industry, which keeps me constantly challenged and motivated. Every day brings new opportunities for innovation and growth, whether it’s developing new flavors, exploring new markets, or enhancing our customer experience.

Moreover, I find immense satisfaction in working with our franchise partners and watching them grow alongside the company. The collaboration and creativity that emerge from our partners make each day rewarding, as we collectively strive to bring joy to our customers through our products. Ultimately, it’s the combination of passion, creativity, and teamwork that makes my role fulfilling.
